Exercise for the Buttocks

Working out different muscle group everyday is the key to getting shape. You have every part of the body on target and you are raring to go. But you have not found any solid exercise that will help your rear end get into shape. Don’t worry there are plenty of exercises that can help you in that area. When you are doing leg exercises, those in part will help the rear get in gear. But if you want to target that area separately from the legs, we can help.

One exercise that is tried and true is the good old fashioned squat thrusts. These are the same kind you used to do in gym class. These will strength your butt muscles in no time. Don’t over do it in the beginning, the key is to not get bored with an exercise so much so that you stop doing it. Keep the number small like 10 and then do the other exercises so that they can all work together to get that behind in shape.

Another great exercise is the butt squeeze, this simple and can be done anywhere even sitting down. All you have to do is contract the muscles in the behind. These can be done in as many reps as you want, you can’t stretch out this muscles.

Even though this can be considered a leg exercise you will notice more of a change in the back then you will in the legs it self. These are back kicks. Get down on the floor on all fours. Then lift you back leg up so the souls of your feet are facing the ceiling. Then just raise the leg up in a small motion. You will feel the muscles in the gluts’ become stronger.
